If you find a price lower than our quote for the exact same product, not only will we match it, we’ll beat it!

We offer a 115% price guarantee, which means if we are selling a product for $2000 and you find it elsewhere for $1800, we will match the $1800 price and give you 15% of the difference, which in our example would be $30. Your final price would be $1770!

How It Works

1) If you've found a lower price for one of our products, please contact a sales representative at 888-55-SAUNA.

2) We will need the seller's name/website and location to verify that the product is the same, is new, and is sold by an authorized dealer with warranty.

3) After we have verified the price, we will match the price then subtract 15% from the price difference.

4) If you have found a lower price after you've placed your order, we will honor our price match guarantee for up to 10 days with the difference offered in store credit.

Please note: Price match guarantee is not valid on auctions, non-authorized resellers, used merchandise, or items being sold below delivered cost. We reserve the right to refuse price matches that do not meet the above terms.
