We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and understand that sometimes items will need to be returned. We always recommend thoroughly measuring and using the diagrams and manuals provided to determine the best fit prior to buying. If you need to cancel, return, or exchange, please contact us or read the guidelines below for more information.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours at no charge.
• After 24 hours and until the order has shipped, orders may be cancelled at a charge of 15%.
• Shipments that are refused or returned as undeliverable will be processed as a refund according to our return policy.
• *Note* - Orders placed for rushed processing and custom orders will not have a cancellation period, and will be subject to the terms of the return policy after placement.

Return & Exchange Policy

• No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
• Authorization to return must be obtained from ModSaunas.com via e-mail.
• All returns are subject to manufacturer approval and must be shipped back to the respective manufacturer at customer’s expense.
• Items must be in new condition with original packaging. Manufacturers will not accept any items that have been used or installed.
• Approved returns are subject to shipping fees incurred both ways as well as all manufacturer restocking fees. Each manufacturer has different policies and you may contact us to find out more.
• *For damaged or defective items: Inspect all packages thoroughly upon arrival and be sure to note any damage on the bill of lading and contact us immediately. After 5 days, all claims will fall under the respective manufacturer warranties. Do not wait weeks or months to open and inspect your items as it will be too late to file shipping damage claims at that time.
